Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, one of the first games on the market with mass zombie extermination, has been remastered!

In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, you play the role of Frank West – a photojournalist who, in pursuit of a sensational topic, goes to the town of Willamette in Colorado, a place that has been mysteriously isolated by the military. Frank learns on the spot that the reason for the isolation is the outbreak of a zombie epidemic. The survivors are hiding in a shopping mall, and the main character has only three days to investigate the causes of the disaster and capture its face through the lens.

Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is a dynamic action game with a third-person perspective (TPP), the foundation of which is an open world enclosed in a multi-level shopping mall. The production combines elements of survival, exploration with an emphasis on brutal, spectacular combat.

How to play:

In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, the gameplay involves moving around the mall, completing missions fighting hordes of the undead and documenting the epidemic. All of this can give you much-needed prestige points.

You can use practically any found item in combat – from toys, through sports equipment or furniture, and above all, melee weapons and firearms. It is worth remembering that some of them wear out over time or have limited ammunition.

During the game, you can also dress Frank in dozens of different clothes and masks, use healing items and acquire books that offer temporary bonuses. Time plays a key role – the ending the player sees depends on how much time is used.

What’s new:

In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, the creators have improved the control mechanics, introduced the option of automatic saving and recorded all dialogues anew. Weapon durability has also been improved, which reduces the need to constantly return for new equipment. The visual setting has gained sharpness – the game runs in 4K resolution and at almost constant 60 frames per second. New gameplay modes have also been introduced, such as Overtime Mode and Infinity Mode.

Don’t expect an open world with icons everywhere – Mafia: Old Pages deliberately goes for a more closed, linear adventure. It’s a well-thought-out decision that will allow you to focus on the narrative and go through the next stages of Enzo’s life without unnecessary distractions.

This is a third-person action game developed by Hangar 13 – the same studio that prepared Mafia III and the remake of the classic one.

The Unreal Engine 5 allows them to recreate Sicily of that time with great attention to detail. The result? It is an engaging, mature production that resembles a gangster movie more than a classic shooter.

In this part of Assassin’s Creed, you play Basim Ibn Ishaq – a thief from the Middle East. The main character accidentally meets a representative of the Hidden Ones, which changes his fate, opening the way for him to join the Assassin brotherhood. His mission is to track down and eliminate members of the Order of the Ancients, who are plotting against the city.

The story is a deep study of Basim’s transformation from streetwise outcast to master assassin, tracing his relationship with his mentor Roshan and the impact of his decisions on the future of Baghdad.

Assassin’s Creed: Mirage is an action-adventure game that emphasizes stealth, returning to the classic principles of the series. Unlike the last instalments, the title abandons the complex RPG mechanics in favour of a more linear narrative and a smaller but more densely populated world. The production focuses on dynamic exploration, silent elimination of enemies, and skilful overcoming of obstacles appearing on city streets and rooftops. Thanks to the faithful reproduction of historical Baghdad, the game captures the atmosphere of the golden age of the Islamic world.

How to play:

The gameplay in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage places a strong emphasis on stealth and a tactical approach to eliminating enemies. Due to the nature of the game, the classic mechanics known from the first parts have been returned, such as hiding in the crowd or throwing knives at opponents. Among the new applications, the ability to examine the surroundings with your eagle has been introduced, but do it wisely because the excellent archers of the enemy can shoot him. The game also has gadgets, such as smoke bombs that allow you to disappear from the field of view or darts that put opponents to sleep.

Before making a blow, you can stop time to plan an attack, and then execute it with a smooth sequence of movements. Direct clashes are much more difficult than in previous instalments – opponents are well-armored and attacking them in open combat can lead to a quick death. Baghdad has been divided into four main districts, where, apart from the main plot, you can complete additional orders, discover artefacts and acquire equipment upgrades.
