Assassin’s Creed: Mirage takes the player to 9th-century Baghdad, showing the metropolis at its peak. The creators have prepared beautiful locations for us, which are city districts. An important place in the plot is Alamut – the legendary fortress of the Assassins, the construction of which is only just beginning.

In this part of Assassin’s Creed, you play Basim Ibn Ishaq – a thief from the Middle East. The main character accidentally meets a representative of the Hidden Ones, which changes his fate, opening the way for him to join the Assassin brotherhood. His mission is to track down and eliminate members of the Order of the Ancients, who are plotting against the city.

The story is a deep study of Basim’s transformation from streetwise outcast to master assassin, tracing his relationship with his mentor Roshan and the impact of his decisions on the future of Baghdad.

How to play:

The gameplay in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage places a strong emphasis on stealth and a tactical approach to eliminating enemies. Due to the nature of the game, the classic mechanics known from the first parts have been returned, such as hiding in the crowd or throwing knives at opponents. Among the new applications, the ability to examine the surroundings with your eagle has been introduced, but do it wisely because the excellent archers of the enemy can shoot him. The game also has gadgets, such as smoke bombs that allow you to disappear from the field of view or darts that put opponents to sleep.

Before making a blow, you can stop time to plan an attack, and then execute it with a smooth sequence of movements. Direct clashes are much more difficult than in previous instalments – opponents are well-armored and attacking them in open combat can lead to a quick death. Baghdad has been divided into four main districts, where, apart from the main plot, you can complete additional orders, discover artefacts and acquire equipment upgrades.

Skull and Bones is an open-world action game with RPG elements in which the player has the opportunity to command a fleet of ships with various characteristics and abilities. Thanks to the wide range of available ships, players can adapt their fleet to their own preferences and gameplay style. Gameplay from a third-person perspective is possible in single-player mode, where the player plays with artificial intelligence, and in multiplayer mode.

How to play:

The player starts the game with one ship and to gather a larger fleet, he must take part in dynamic sea battles. Skull and Bones gives you the opportunity to experience the life of a pirate, where storms, shallow water and mooring on land are everyday occurrences. The player can build a fleet of up to 12 units, which may differ in classes. Each class differs in ship parameters, maneuverability, operating range, durability, and capacity. This development would not be possible without battles at sea, where the player must take into account sea currents, wind, cooperation, and prepared tactics.

In Awaken: Astral Blade we are transported to the extraordinary Horace Islands with Tania, a bionic warrior. How to play:

In Awaken: Astral Blade, you play as Tania, who, thanks to her bionic abilities, can perform an impressive series of blows, avoid enemy attacks and effectively parry their blows. In the game, you go through platforms that often require skillful avoidance of obstacles. In combat, you use various types of weapons, such as swords or hammers, as well as a wide range of combat abilities. Victories allow you to gain a substance that allows Tania to develop, open new skills and strengthen existing abilities. As you progress in the game, you also gain better equipment and useful items that increase the heroine’s capabilities.

The choices made at key moments play an important role, influencing not only the plot but also how Tania will explore the Horace Islands. Discovering hidden information about the game world allows you to better understand its secrets and puzzles.
