Octopath Traveler 0 is the third instalment in the jRPG series. This time, the action takes us back to the continent of Orsterra. The story begins dramatically – the protagonist’s hometown, Wishvale, is invaded and destroyed.
It’s up to the player to decide whether they will pursue revenge or attempt to rebuild their homeland and restore its former glory.

Octopath Traveler 0 is a classic turn-based jRPG that emphasises freedom of choice. The game utilises an HD-2D graphic style, combining nostalgic pixels with modern effects. For the first time in the series’ history, you can create your own character – you can choose their appearance, voice, skills, and even culinary preferences, giving you the feeling of truly building your character from the ground up.
How to play:
Imagine – you see the world from a bird’s eye view, exploring the diverse lands of Orsterra. We talk to the townspeople, make decisions that influence the course of events, and recruit companions from over 30 heroes with different classes and abilities. We acquire items from NPCs, challenge them to duels, or invite them to our town.
One of the most interesting elements of the game is the rebuilding of Wishvale – step by step, we construct buildings and breathe life into the ruined settlement.
Battles are turn-based and give us control of eight characters arranged in two rows. We can freely switch heroes between lines, adding tactical depth. The key to success is the Break & Boost system – we weaken the enemy, break their defences, and strike with powerful attacks. BP points enhance our offensive and support skills.

Tactics and cooperation with a partner are important in combat. You can focus on the offensive, protect an ally or change strategies during the fight. What’s more, even after elimination, you are not out of the game – as a ghost, you can still support the team, using special abilities to change the fate of the battle. Each fight has 3 levels, which diversifies the fight.
The game has a training mode where you can practice fighting solo and with a partner. The game provides a great opportunity to improve your skills – analyze your mistakes from recordings and improve your strategy.

Getsufumaden: Undying Moon is a 2D action platformer in which the player takes on the role of a defender of the living, fighting evil spirits in a dark fantasy world. The main character is a member of the Getsu clan, who descends to lower and lower levels of hell to find and destroy the source of the problems.

The player observes the game from the side and moves around the boards, fighting various opponents and trying to get through the levels. Roguelite elements make each approach look a little different, and the levels are procedurally generated.
How to play:
During the game, the player controls the character, using his skills in combat and exploration. Moving around the boards, he must defeat opponents and go through subsequent levels. Dexterity and a good sense of rhythm are crucial because the fight is based on dodging and special attacks. The player can acquire new weapons and power-ups and also can retain the unlocked skills after each death. The goal of Getsufumaden: Undying Moon is to reach the end of each level, defeat the boss, and unlock subsequent stages of the story.
