The game is designed primarily for cooperative mode, but it is also possible to play solo. Gameplay from a third-person perspective is possible in single-player mode, where the player plays with artificial intelligence, and in multiplayer mode.

How to play:

The player starts the game with one ship and to gather a larger fleet, he must take part in dynamic sea battles. Skull and Bones gives you the opportunity to experience the life of a pirate, where storms, shallow water and mooring on land are everyday occurrences. The player can build a fleet of up to 12 units, which may differ in classes. Each class differs in ship parameters, maneuverability, operating range, durability, and capacity. This development would not be possible without battles at sea, where the player must take into account sea currents, wind, cooperation, and prepared tactics.
