Dawnwalker – a dark action RPG full of choices and consequences
Dawnwalker is a Polish third-person open-world RPG set in a dark fantasy version of the 14th-century Carpathians. The game is being developed by Rebel Wolves, founded by Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, best known as the game director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The project also brings together several former CD Projekt RED veterans, including Bartłomiej Gaweł, Daniel Sadowski, Jakub Szamałek, and Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz.
The game takes players to the brutal world of 14th-century Europe, devastated by wars and the Black Death. As humanity stands on the brink of collapse, vampires and other creatures of the night emerge from the shadows to seize power and permanently reshape history.
You play as Coen — a young man transformed into a Dawnwalker, a being caught between the realms of day and night. Fight to save your family or follow the path of revenge, using both human abilities and powerful vampiric powers. The story evolves through meaningful decisions that directly impact the world and its inhabitants.
Dawnwalker features an open world filled with medieval settlements, dark ruins, swamps, mountains, and hidden secrets. The dynamic day and night cycle changes gameplay styles, available abilities, and the ways objectives can be completed. Every quest moves time forward, meaning you cannot save everyone — and every decision comes with a price.
Spectacular combat combines swords, magic, and supernatural powers, encouraging players to experiment with different playstyles. Built using Unreal Engine 5 technology, the game delivers a visually stunning and atmospheric world while introducing the beginning of an entirely new fantasy saga for action RPG fans.

Alan Wake 2 is a sequel to the survival horror game that takes us back to the mysterious Bright Falls, a town in the northwestern United States. In this installment, we control two characters: Alan Wake and FBI agent Saga Anderson. Saga, an expert on unsolved cases, is sent to Bright Falls to solve the mystery of a series of brutal ritual murders. There, she comes across pages from the lost book of Alan Wake, who has been trapped in the supernatural Lair of Darkness for years. When their fates intertwine, they must face the unknown forces that plague the town and try to destroy the world around them.
Game type:
Alan Wake 2 is a third-person survival horror game. Players experience tension and horror, in which exploration and solving puzzles take center stage, and combat takes a back seat. However, despite the reduced emphasis on action compared to previous installments, there is no shortage of skirmishes with enemies.
How to play:
In the game, you play as two different characters, each with unique abilities and missions to complete. We travel through various locations, from the picturesque but dark Bright Falls, to the abandoned town of Watery and the disturbing Lair of Darkness, which is a distorted reflection of New York. During the game, we encounter both puzzles that must be solved and enemies that we defeat, using light as a key element in combat. Light weakens the enemy, then the player can eliminate him using traditional weapons.
Saga Anderson’s character can transport herself to a “mind space” that allows her to analyze evidence, plan her next steps, and modify her equipment, adding an additional level of strategic depth.

Dynasty Warriors: Origins takes players to the turbulent times of ancient China, drawing inspiration from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. We take on the role of a completely new hero, whose fate intertwines with the legendary commanders of the era. You take on the role of a member of a secret organization, and your actions shape the course of history, but you do everything from the shadows, not revealing your identity.
Game type:
The Dynasty Warriors: Origins game is a slasher action game, i.e. it is based on fast, spectacular battles. We observe the whole thing from a third-person perspective. The game is enriched with tactical command of troops, where the result is influenced not only by physical advantage but also by the morale of the sides. The game also gives up the open world in favour of extensive but closed arenas, allowing for a strategic approach to subsequent battles.
How to play:
This is an action game, where fights occur often, but apart from the main battles you can take part in additional battles, gaining resources and skill points. Dynasty Warriors: Origins offers a variety of attacks, from basic to those using weapons and specials, which are not so easy to obtain and even require the help of allies.
