Caroline Walker’s life isn’t easy – after nightmares at the Wildberger hospital, she finally tries to find normalcy, but her sister Anna’s health begins to fail. The symptoms are alarming: bruises around her eyes, bloody coughing fits, and sudden fainting spells. No medication works…
Caroline has no choice but to turn to the supernatural. The trail leads her to Puerto Miller, a forgotten town in South America, founded centuries ago by the isolated Ismuit people. This place turns out to harbour nightmares beyond imagination, and Caroline will have to face them if she wants to save her sister.
Game type:
Tormented Souls 2 is a classic survival horror game – a third-person perspective, a stifling atmosphere, and limited save options. Dual Effect studios deliberately harken back to the genre’s golden age of the 1990s, where every decision could determine survival, and tension built not only in combat but also during leisurely exploration.
This is a game for those who enjoy a mix of action, puzzles, and a sense of constant danger.
How to play:
Combat and exploration are the core elements – Caroline constructs improvised weapons (from nail guns to chainsaws) and uses them to defend herself against monsters.
A new feature in Tormented Souls 2 is the quick weapon selection, allowing for quick reactions during combat. On the other hand, the game heavily emphasises puzzles – you must observe your surroundings, manipulate objects, and creatively combine resources to uncover new secrets.
Caroline also gains supernatural abilities: she can shift between realities and alter the past to influence the present. The whole experience is rounded out by a gallery of enemies – from swift, blade-wielding creatures to armoured beasts and spectacular bosses that test both the player’s reflexes and ingenuity.

The year is 2120, Earth has been attacked by the alien race Murkor. The invaders are quickly gaining the upper hand, forcing humans to organize a resistance movement. Your task as the defender of humanity is to stop the space invasion before nightfall when the Murkors become much stronger. Each mission brings you closer to the showdown with the powerful enemy leaders, and each defeat gives you a chance to fight again – better prepared.
Game type:
Die After Sunset is an exciting shooter with roguelite elements. Randomly generated maps and a variety of missions make each session different. You can choose from three unique characters: April, a precise sniper, a powerful cyborg with a machine gun, Rido, and the experimental Hune, who becomes a deadly weapon.
How to play:
Your adventure begins in a randomly selected location full of enemies and missions to complete. Collect items, complete tasks to gain an advantage. Experiment with different equipment combinations that can give you an advantage on the battlefield.
There is one catch – Murkors are much stronger in the shadows. Every fight must take this into account, and when you win you earn the valuable currency “Mukus”, which you can spend on permanent upgrades and unlock new weapons.
