In The Karate Kid: Street Rumble, players embark on a journey through key locations from the first three films of The Karate Kid series from the 1980s. Taking on the roles of characters such as Daniel LaRusso, Mr. Miyagi, Ali Mills and Kumiko, they face opponents such as Johnny Lawrence, John Kreese and Terry Silver, whose goal is to take control of Miyagi-Do Karate. The game, created in a retro style, provides dynamic beat ’em up clashes.

The Karate Kid: Street Rumble harks back to 16-bit retro games, offering players a nostalgic experience with simple but addictive fighting mechanics. The game consists of 12 levels, themed around important events and locations from the films, such as West Valley High, the Cobra Kai Dojo and the famous Topanga Beach. It is possible to play solo or in cooperative mode for up to four people.

How to play:

Players traverse levels, eliminating opponents using a simple and intuitive combat system based on karate moves. Each character has individual skills and fighting style that can be developed during the game. An important element is special attacks that require charging the power bar – they can be used to quickly eliminate enemies or act as defense.
