This time, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 takes us to the year 2035, where the story follows directly from the events of Black Ops II and Black Ops 6. David Mason, commander of the JSOC unit, leads a covert operation in the Mediterranean Avalon. It is here that the fight to stop Raul Menendez and his plans to use psychological warfare begins. Avalon serves as our base, and as the story unfolds, it transforms before your eyes – from a starting city to a modern operations centre.

Black Ops 7 is a first-person shooter (FPS) combining an intense story campaign with an extensive online mode and rich cooperative play options. Completing the story unlocks an endgame PvE mode, classic competitive multiplayer, and the everlasting Zombies mode, this time set in the heart of the Dark Aether. Dead Ops Arcade 4 rounds out the experience – a light, arcade-style escape in the style of a twin-stick shooter.

How to play:

The gameplay offers a wealth of possibilities. In the endgame, players choose operators with different fighting styles, develop their abilities, and collect increasingly better equipment. Multiplayer emphasises fluid movement thanks to the omnimovement system and introduces the option to “tune up” equipment.

A new feature is Skirmish – battles between two 20-player teams, where, in addition to the standard arsenal, players use vehicles, wingsuits, and grappling hooks. Zombies mode transports players to a hellish world filled with the undead, where cooperation is key to victory. And for fans of arcade action, Dead Ops Arcade 4 offers fast-paced battles against hordes of enemies in a dynamic twin-stick shooter format.
