Taking on the roles of characters such as Daniel LaRusso, Mr. Miyagi, Ali Mills and Kumiko, they face opponents such as Johnny Lawrence, John Kreese and Terry Silver, whose goal is to take control of Miyagi-Do Karate. The game, created in a retro style, provides dynamic beat ’em up clashes.

This is a classic beat ’em up brawler where players fight hordes of enemies in a 2D environment. The Karate Kid: Street Rumble harks back to 16-bit retro games, offering players a nostalgic experience with simple but addictive fighting mechanics. The game consists of 12 levels, themed around important events and locations from the films, such as West Valley High, the Cobra Kai Dojo and the famous Topanga Beach. It is possible to play solo or in cooperative mode for up to four people.

Players traverse levels, eliminating opponents using a simple and intuitive combat system based on karate moves. An important element is special attacks that require charging the power bar – they can be used to quickly eliminate enemies or act as defense.

The gameplay requires precision and planning because once you make a decision, there is no turning back. Strategic planning is important in the game, especially in the context of changing times of day that affect the behaviour of enemies. Depending on the time of day, enemies become more aggressive or change their tactics, requiring flexibility from the player.

As in the theatre, we have many masks, skills and weapons at our disposal. There are many possibilities and the game takes crafting to another level.
This is a project by the independent studio Jyamma Games from Milan – their most ambitious undertaking to date. The game world draws inspiration from Italian folklore and the theatre of the commedia dell’arte, creating an original combination of classics and magic.
How to play:
Enotria: The Last Song is a game in which the key is to quickly avoid blows, effectively parry attacks and break the endurance of enemies to deal powerful counterattacks.
In combat, you can freely switch between 3 configurable sets of masks – each gives access to different fighting styles, special abilities and unique bonuses. New masks are obtained after defeating increasingly stronger enemies.
Solve puzzles, discover hidden passages and gain an advantage over your opponents. As you progress, you develop your hero using huge customisation options: over 30 masks, 68 skills and hundreds of weapons and spells allow you to create your own, unique configurations without having to delete your progress.
